Ready to have your OJT Journal assessed?

Once you have downloaded and completed your OJT Journal, return it to us via Registered Post and pay your assessment fee by bank transfer. Once payment is received, we will begin assessing your OJT Journal and send you updates via email.

If there is an issue with your OJT Journal, we will send it back for you to correct. Once this is done, you can return the Journal to us for final assessment. Please note you will not need to pay any additional processing fees for this.

Our internal assessment takes up to ten business days and CASA requires 20 business days for review. When your OJT Journal is successfully processed, we will send you an email to inform you that your Form 465 has been issued and submitted to CASA.

Please do not send your OJT Journal by regular post, as we do not accept responsibility for any mail lost by Australia Post. Registered Post allows you to track the delivery status of your OJT Journal.
