Processing Your Enrolment

How do I pay for training?

To enrol, you are required to pay a 10% deposit to secure your place. This is payable via bank transfer so you aren’t paying for additional credit card processing fees. Once you submit your enrolment, an invoice will be sent to your nominated email address and payment must be received within five days or your place will be re-opened.

Four weeks before your course commences, you will receive an invoice for the remainder of your course fees. Payment of this invoice must be received two weeks prior to your course.

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, so if you have any questions about training, please contact us first to discuss. If your circumstances do change, we will allow you to transfer your place into the next available course once only. We want you to be confident about your decision to train with us and are more than happy to chat with you before you enrol.

Where will training take place?

Once your enrolment is confirmed, we will send you an information pack with an overview of accommodation options, the address of the training facility, parking and what you need to bring with you to training.
